DOTC Drops By Campaign Material

Now that the Coeur d'Alene recall attempt is over, the fall campaign for the Idaho Legislature appears to be under way. Former county clerk Dan English, a Democrat, dropped off some campaign literature for his general election race against Republican Ed Morse for state Rep. Phil Hart's current seat in House District 2. Morse beat Hart in the May 15 GOP primary. English told me that the two elephants at the top of his literature symbolize receding Republicans. We'll see in November.
