Roger Benoit, Kootenai County Republican Central Committeeman from Precinct 1 (w/cap) and Melanie Vanderfeer, Precinct 3 committeeman, protest at Kootenai County Courthouse this morning. The pair & about 25 others were protested proposed changes to Kootenai County government and the Unified Land Use Code. Later, Bob Pedersen, a leader of United Conservatives of North Idaho, guided the protesters in a march from the county courthouse to downtown Coeur d'Alene, passing the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce and Bonsai Bistro.
