The return of the FOX network - channel 28 through Northwest Broadcasting's KAYU Spokane - to DirecTV was a pleasant surprise to local DirecTV customers. DFO: This is the second time I've gone without Channel 28 as a result of a dispute with a cable provider. I broomed Time-Warner the first time it happened. Now that it's happened to DirecTV, too, I'd say that KAYU may be more responsible for the disruption.
