Leisure & Travel mag has touted the Coeur d'Alene Resort as the 17th best hotel in the continental United States. The rankings were topped by two hotels in Sea Island, Ga: No. 1 -- The Lodge, and No. 2 -- The Cloister. Others in the top five are Old Edwards Inn & Spa, Highlands, NC; Grand Del Mar, San Diego, Calif.; and The Lodge at the Golden Gate, Sausalito, Calif.
