North Idaho College Really BIG Raffle winners Wayne and Debbie Kenny along with shared-ticket holders Ken and Cheryl Kiehn, toured their new $255,000 house Tuesday. Kenny and Kiehn, both of Nine Mile Falls, bought the winning ticket together by using their winnings from previous, unrelated, contests they have won together in the past. Because this is the 20th anniversary of the NIC Really BIG Raffle – the college’s largest annual fundraiser – a hot tub was included with the house.
