... That the city may let the contract of public relations consultant Kristina Lyman lapse and keep money for her position in the budget for the rest of the year. The city will remain on a wait-see mode until after the election, when we learn who's going to be running the city for the next two to four years. The city hired Lyman last fall despite opposition from General Services Committee members Dan Gookin, Steve Adams and Ron Edinger.
