Where’s Police Shooting Report?

A Facebook Friend posts: "When are we going to get a detailed report on the Coeur d'Alene Police Department shooting of Eric Johnston. It is just weird. It is like there really is a coverup. This is really spooky, and I am NOT a person that tends to believe in conspiracies. I figured, hey there are body cams on the cops that we paid for last year. If the cop is correct in his behaviour, let's see it, and we as Coeur d'Alene citizens will feel protected and will support our police department. If not, arrest the cop that murdered him then. If this would have been someone shooting a cop, you can bet that all information would have been put forward quickly. Something is wrong here? Anybody?"

Question: Can anyone in a place of police authority answer this?
