Who Should Speak For Lincoln Day?

Duane Rasmussen (responding to tongue-in-cheek comment by DFO re: the local GOP booking "Sheriff Mack" again as its Lincoln Dinner speaker): "I think he would show up for the opening of an envelope if he could find someone to pay his airlines fare to the location. I think the CdA gig, last time, was one of his few brushes with greatness. He is not much of a Republican and has repeatedly tried to destroy Republicans. I doubt he 'will' be the speaker but then stranger things have happened. Perhaps he could attend as speaker emeritus. That might stir up some of the Whack-a-doodle crowd. They could pay five bucks to kiss his ring."

Question: Since the local GOP CC hasn't announced its speaker for the annual Lincoln Dinner, Hucks Nation should help out. Who should the local GOP consider to be speaker this year?
