Labrador Strikes Back At Simpson

Reporter Scott Graf of Boise State Public Radio (KBSX) has posted the text of an interview with Congressman Raul Labrador. In it, Labrador lashed back at 2nd District Congressman Mike Simpson for criticizing Labrador's vote in favor of federal funding for rural counties. Quoth: “Mike Simpson has been part of the establishment in Washington D.C. for 12 years,” Labrador said. “He loves to go out drinking and smoking with the Speaker [John Boehner]. He loves to have these relationships where it’s all about making false promises to his constituents and then going back there to Washington D.C. to compromise.” More here.

Question: Does the growing ill will between Congressmen Simpson and Labrador spell trouble for Idaho?
