From Facebook page, Post Falls PD provides reminder from Swing Shift and Graveyard log that legal pot in Washington isn't in Idaho:
"Officers responded to a medical assist call at Denny’s after an employee requested an ambulance for a customer who had passed out. Officers arrived and spoke to the person who had passed out while he was sitting in the back of his vehicle. While speaking to the man, Officers smelt the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and were eventually given the marijuana that he purchased in Washington. He was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance and given a ride home from a friend."
