Tuesday Poll: Almost 80% of Hucks Nation say Gov. Butch Otter botched his handling of the veto against "instant racing" repeal legislation. 140 of 179 respondents (78.21%) said the governor messed up with his veto. Only 28 of 179 (15.64%) said he handled the veto properly. 11 (6.15%) were undecided. Otter's veto may not stand because there is some question that he didn't return the vetoed legislation to the Idaho Senate within the 5 days constitutionally allowed.
