Last year and again this year, state Rep. Kathy Sims voted against a much-needed mental health crisis center in North Idaho. So why should anyone be surprised that our (mis)representative voted against single-family mothers and their children (child support services bill) -- along with 8 other clueless members of the House Judiciary and Rules Committee -- on Friday?
