Idaho Attorney General's office refutes pastor's claim 14 

Shahram Hadian, the Christian pastor and anti-Islam speaker who’s speaking in Sandpoint this morning, has released a three-page document headed “Concerns Regarding Idaho State Legislature Senate Bill 1067,” the child support enforcement bill that was killed by one vote in a House committee on the final day of this year’s legislative session.

Armed man robs Post Falls business 17 

Post Falls police are searching for a shotgun-wielding robber who held up a Northwest Title Loan on Monday. Video of the robbery shows a masked white man dressed in black walk into the office at about 1:20 p.m. at Pleasant View and Riverbend and threaten employees with the gun.

The state Board of Education, meeting late last week in Moscow, unanimously approved state schools Superintendent Sherri Ybarra’s request for a new one-year waiver from requirements of the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act/No Child Left Behind law, Idaho Education News reports.

Dumb criminal news: sea lion pup abducted

LOS ANGELES –Whoever snatched a seal or sea lion pup from a Los Angeles beach early Sunday should not be fooled by the animal’s cuteness – they could suffer a vicious bite, an animal rescue expert said. Personally, I hope baby sea lion bites the heck out of them.
