Witness rescues duct-taped woman

A man said he was one of the first people to see a woman who had been kidnapped from Spokane and left in Rathdrum, Idaho Wednesday. Kootenai County Sheriff’s deputies said the woman was found wrapped in duct tape and was standing in the middle of Highway 53 near Hidden Valley Road. Officials said three people are in jail charged with her kidnapping. Justin Nagel said he was heading home when he saw the woman. He said when he found the woman her face was wrapped meticulously in duct tape/Taylor Viydo, KREM 2. More here.
