Labrador rips Obama, EPA
In a newsletter (provided by IdahoPanhandler.com), Congressman Raul Labrador ripped President Obama and the EPA:
The Obama Administration behaves as if the U.S. Constitution doesn’t apply to this presidency. The President’s abuse of executive authority ranges from immigration and the environment to labor law and lending. I’ve joined fellow conservatives to fight back. This week, the House passed important resolutions blocking rules for power plant emissions estimated to cost the American consumer $214 billion in higher electricity rates over eight years. Double-digit increases are projected for more than 40 states and 27 have sued to block the rules. It’s not just conservatives speaking out. Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe, a liberal scholar who considers President Obama one of his best students, has charged the President with Constitution abuse. More here.
Question: Do you believe, as Congressman Labrador does, that the president has abuse his executive authority in areas ranging from immigration and the environment to labor law and lending?
