Eastward view of new resort tower
Last week, Huckleberries Online published 5 artist renderings of the proposed new Coeur d'Alene Resort tower at 2nd St and Sherman Avenue. 4 of those views were from the east side (McEuen Park) looking west. One was from 2nd Street, looking south. The 5 renderings were provided by the Coeur d'Alene Planning Department. Here's a view, pulled off the KXLY Facebook site, of the proposed tower, looking from the west side (City Park) east. This is what you'll see when you come around the corner of s/b Northwest Boulevard onto Sherman Avenue.
