The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force (NIVCTF) is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Shane Andrew Russell. Russell is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Russell with Felony Probation Violations. He is on probation for 1^st Degree Stalking charges. This is a $50,000 bond warrant with United States extradition. Russell is a white male, 38 years old, 5’9 tall, 160 lbs with brown eyes and blonde hair. Russell was last known to be living in Coeur d’Alene.
