Superintendent Matt Handelman announced this morning that the school district intends to hire Brian Wallace as the district’s Director of Finance and Operations.  The final step of the hiring process will occur when Mr. Wallace’s selection is presented to the School Board at the March Board meeting for final approval. Superintendent Handelman included representatives from the local business and finance community along with school board members to represent a variety of perspectives on the interviewing team. Brian Wallace is a native of Idaho, graduating from Wallace High School.  He continued his education, earning a Bachelors’ degree from University of Idaho with a major in Business Education and then earned a Masters’ Degree from California State University in Education Administration/Laura Rumpler, Coeur d'Alene School District.
