McHugh Addresses Pachyderms

Prosecutor Barry McHugh spoke to the members of the North Idaho Pachyderm Club this morning.  He noted that the criminal criminal prosecution section of his office has a lower budget than is given to the public defender's office. He was not complaining though.  He said he likes to keep the costs down. After the meeting this morning he was headed to Gonzaga University Law School to interview students who would like to to volunteer in his office.  He said the free work provided by the students was another way to keep costs down in his office.
