'Hell Nay' To 'Christian State' Try 17 

When it meets tonight, the Kootenai County GOP Central Committee will discuss a resolution calling for Idaho to be declared a Christian state. Precinct 52 Committeeman Bjorn Handeen said he'll vote "not just nay, but hell nay."

City To Launch Osprey Webcam 

The city of Coeur d'Alene soon will launch an webcam of ospreys nesting on top of a 75-foot pole above McEuen Park. Monday, Thorco Electrical Construction crews began installing three cameras to film osprey in their nests. The feed should be available for viewing in a couple of weeks.
