Letter: Tondee Unqualified For Job

(RE: Tondee pick burns job seeker/Coeur d'Alene Press) So explain it to me like I was a person without a college degree. How do you hire a former county commissioner without a bachelor’s degree over a person with two graduate degrees, professional and personal experience related to the job in question? Doesn’t this seem a little odd? I believe it is time we converted this county to a professionally administered entity with commissioners as advisers. We are too large and sophisticated a county to operate like a village of idiots/Jeffrey Coulter, Coeur d'Alene, letter to the editor, Coeur d'Alene Press.

Question: If former commissioner Todd Tondee didn't meet all the requirements for the posted job (for example, education requirements), should he be fired and the post advertised again?
