In her Main Street column today, Kerri Thoreson explains why blue LED "candlesticks" are topping 50+ new light posts on Spokane Street in Post Falls. According to Tom Lien of the Post Falls URA, the new light posts are simply decorative, although they do coincide with Project Blue Light, the National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day that takes place Friday.
