President Barack Obama revealed Thursday that he will propose free community college "for everybody who's willing to work for it." In what his advisers are calling a "State of the Union spoiler," Obama announced the plan in a video recorded on Air Force One as he traveled from Detroit to Phoenix on the second leg of a three-state tour he kicked off Wednesday. "It's something that we can accomplish and it's something that will train our workforce so that we can compete with anybody in the world," Obama said, in the video released on the White House's Facebook page/Maureen Dolan, Coeur d'Alene Press.
