The long-anticipated 21-foot-tall sundial near Fifth Street on Front Avenue was installed Thursday. The art contribution is courtesy of Parkwood Business Properties, which donated $50,000 for the piece. Allied Weldery helped to create the sundial, which was designed by Miller Stauffer Architects.
