From Post Falls PD Swing Shift (RE: Drug call at Wal-mart east): "R/P (reporting party) called 911 to report a female was sitting in a black Monte Carlo and was getting ready to use drugs as she had a spoon/syringe in her hand. Officers made contact and discovered the female who owned the vehicle had a confirmed warrant for her arrest of out Washington. After she was taken into custody, PSD Andor and officer Robertson discovered drugs (heroin) inside the car. A second female in the vehicle tried to hide the heroin inside a hamburger she had purchased. This female was also arrested and booked in to PSB."
