Uncle Bob Gives Legislature Z+

Uncle Bob (RE: Grading Legislature: C or worse): Z+. F is too "conservative" a letter grade, given that we are still dead last in the nation in pretty much everything except late-night comedy fodder. Most of the important cans were, once again, sent clanking down the road. Some things got band-aids while most got lip service or were sacrificed on the altar fundy-mental-ism. Rather than living up to the promise of the phrase, "Idaho is Too Great 4 Hate", they reminded us collectively that we are too hateful to be great, as the "Four Words" remain verboten. The state was routinely made the brunt of jokes internationally (Vito, Nuxoll, et al should have their clown car driving privileges revoked), and any possibility of new industry locating here succumbed under the tires of the clown car follies. More here.

Question: Do you agree/disagree with Uncle Bob's assessment of Idaho Legislature?
