Coeur d'Alene Police Sgt. Greg Moore's memorial service Saturday will be attended by Idaho Lt. Gov. Brad Little and Col. Ralph Powell, director of the Idaho State Police, as well as Kevin Kempf, Director of the Idaho Department of Correction, in additional to many local elected officials. Gov. Butch Otter is leading a trade delegation to Peru and Mexico that departs early Saturday morning. Representatives of police agencies from around the Northwest already are arriving in town for the service.
