Timber Gastropub Opens Today

The former Hot Rod Cafe has new everything as it opens Monday as Timber Gastropub at 1610 E. Schneidmiller Avenue (between Seltice Way and Interstate 90) in Post Falls. The restaurant and bar accents a modern Northwest look with wood and rock, and features a full menu with craft burgers, wood-fired pizza, pastas, tacos, entrees and a full bar with 16 craft beers and specialty cocktails. With about 40 employees, the 7,500-square-foot place seats up to 170 customers. Owners Bill Miller and Randy Ingraham also have Longhorn Barbecue and Maggie's Restaurant in Spokane. Jeff Chatigny is general manager and concepts chef and is assisted by Jesse Waldman, Derek Eakin, Zac Smith and Genevieve Waldman.
