8:53 a.m. Male, 5-10, 180lbs w/tan backpack, tells Winco employee that he has a bomb before walking into public restroom. Male left 5 minutes later. Winco personnel have searched bathdroom without finding a bomb.
8:51 a.m. Male who has been drinking for days & may be wanted is locked in a Post Falls motel room.
