Adult Spelling Bee Thursday

Seven teams of outstanding spellers will dot their I’s and cross their T’s Thursday in the fourth annual Kootenai County Adult Spelling Bee at North Idaho College. The public is invited to join the fun from 11:30 a.m. until about 1:30 p.m. in the Edminster Student Union. With school no longer in session, there will be lots of free parking.  It’s too late to buy lunch at the bee, but plenty of gallery seating is available, and it’s FREE. Outside food may not be brought into the gallery. The spelling bee is produced by the Coeur d’Alene branch of AAUW (American Association of University Women) to raise funds for scholarships for local students at local colleges/News release, Coeur d'Alene branch of the AAUW. More here.

Question: Are you a good speller?
