Anthony’s Coming To Riverstone

Anthony's at Coeur d'Alene will be a new building on the pond at Riverstone just north of Bardenay. The 6,125-square-foot dinner house will seat 150 people indoors and many more on a 4,200-square-foot partially covered exterior patio. Monte Miller of Miller Stauffer Architects of Coeur d'Alene designed the place, with dining areas having access to decks and views of the pond and open-display kitchen. The interior design responds to the area's sawmill history with extensive exposed structural wood. "Riverstone is a unique community that captures the feel we love for our restaurant," said owner Budd Gould. "We are excited to bring fresh Northwest seafood, local wine and micro-brews and fresh seasonal produce to Idaho." Operating since 1969, Anthony's has 18 restaurants, seven casual eateries, three to-go places and its own seafood company on a Seattle pier/Nils Rosdahl, Business Bits, Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.

Question: Anyone out there know much about the Anthony's restaurant chain? It sounds like a good one.
