Wed., Oct. 7, 2015 AM Headlines — 10.7.15 A Coeur d'Alene firefighter deals with a hot spot after the blaze on Tubbs Hill was knocked down Tuesday PM. The fire department returned to Tubbs Hill this AM when smoke began appearing again. Also, the fire department, in conjunction with community groups, has decided to build an 1,100-foot access road to enable it to better fight fires on the hill, which are getting more frequent.
