Wanna buy a piece of paradise?

Looking for a second home near a good trout stream or a facility that would make other elk camps look puny? Beginning  Thursday, Oct. 15, the Idaho Panhandle National Forests will be offering two unused or lightly staffed properties for sale to the highest bidder. The properties in Avery and Clarkia are no longer needed to meet the needs of the local Forest Service mission, said Jason Kirchner, agency spokesman in Coeur d'Alene. "Due to their low use and ongoing facilities maintenance costs, the Idaho Panhandle National Forests have chosen to sell these properties," he said/Rich Landers, Outdoors. More here.

Question: Can you afford a forest getaway?
