NIC students run own restaurant

North Idaho College is doing everything they can to prepare their culinary students for the real world. Members of the Culinary Arts Program run an on-campus restaurant, and are responsible for everything from cooking to waiting tables. They do everything from cooking to waiting tables. "No matter what you're doing there's still work that's coming in, and that's always in the back of your head," said student Steven Skinner. Emery's offers a full dining experience with a lake-view from the second floor of the school's Hedlund Building. The restaurant is open three days a week, serving lunch Tuesday through Thursday/Taylor Viydo, KREM 2. More here.

Question: Have you ever eaten at Emerys?
