Frightful weather for Halloween
Even the weather is expected to be a little spooky this Halloween if you were banking on no rain and mild temperatures. "It won't be the best Halloween for people wanting dry weather," meteorologist Randy Mann said. Mann said there's a 50 percent chance of rain on Saturday night come trick-or-treat time and temperatures will dip into the 40s. "You're going to want to bundle up," Mann said. Tracy Ross, who was shopping for costume outfits at Shopko on Tuesday, said she heard that it will likely be a wet weekend.
