What is ‘Responible CDA’?

A group calling itself "Responible CDA" has filed paperwork with the city of Coeur d'Alene to announce "appointment and certification of political treasurer for candidates and committees." The political treasurer is listed as Douglas J. Balija of S. Highway 95, Coeur d'Alene. Doug Balija is also treasurer of the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee. There is no campaign finance report with the filing, which was received Monday. You can see the report here. So far, there has been no literature or political activity associated with "Responible CDA" for the Coeur d'Alene City Council elections. On Tuesday, Greg Pruett of the Idaho Second Amendment Alliance, which advocates permitless carry on concealed weapons, filed a campaign finance report with the city of Coeur d'Alene listing an expenditure of $349.59 with a Massachusetts print shop. You can see that report here.
