Well, it looks like the Hard Right is trotting out Toby Schindelbeck to try to capture a second -- or third seat, depending on how you view Dan Gookin -- on the Coeur d'Alene City Council. Gookin cut his teeth by running and losing to Councilman Ron Edinger. Now, it appears to be Schindelbeck's turn. Meanwhile, I suspect Councilman Steve Adams will file his papers today. He has told several people behind the scenes that he intends to run this year. So that'll give us at least a three-way race for Adams seat and a 2-way race for Edinger's seat. Gookin is unopposed at the moment. All will become clear at 5 p.m. today. Here's your Friday Wild Card ...
