In a letter to the Coeur d'Alene Press editor today, John Gorth of Post Falls writes:

"I heard the first In N Out burger has just opened in Oregon. We need one up here. Is there anyone out there who has any information on this? I have to say it would make a lot of money up here to anyone who opens one up."
