Poll: Sentence for falcon kill lenient

  • Tuesday Poll: Hucks Nation contends that the sentence handed to a woman for killing a pet falcon was too lenient. 116 of 192 respondents (60.42%) said the punishment for the misdemeanor should have been tougher than 20 hours of community service and $500 in legal fees. 49 (25.53%) agreed with the sentence. 17 (8.85%) said the sentence was too tough. 10 (5.21%) were undecided.
