Rusche: Proud of F-minus IFF grade

Minority Leader John Rusche (RE: Hoffman defends 'Freedom Index'): "Like most of these 'indexes' or rankings, the "freedom index" is built to make a point. In this case it is that the skewed IFF view of society. Common good does not exist, and social constructs and services built by democratic governments are bad. Anarchists rise to the top, and most urban legislators who live where city governments support a livable society are ranked at the bottom. For some, a low IFF rating is a badge of honor, it shows we support civilization."
