Monday Poll: Resoundingly, Hucks Nation doesn't want a sheriff who decides the constitutionality of laws as well as interprets them. 241 of 255 respondents (94.51%) said no to the "constitutional sheriff" type that have been elected in some counties. Only 13 of 241 (5.1%) support the "constitutional sheriff" concept. 1 (0.39%) was undecided. In Kootenai County, Republican John Green and Democrat Tina Kunishige support the "constitutional sheriff" concept. Incumbent Sheriff Ben Wolfinger, a Republican, does not.
