Hump Day Wild Card — 4.13.16

When I first heard that the old Coeur d'Alene Carousel would be erected behind the Memorial Field grandstand, I thought: Wow, that's sure out of the way. I was thinking in terms of City Beach. However, during my walk along the waterfront Tuesday, I noticed how exposed that site will be to traffic coming into town from Northwest Boulevard. In the new and improved Four Corners, it'll have a high-profile spot from Northwest Boulevard. Kids will bug their parents to ride the carousel. I'm eager to see what all that under-utilized property will look like, once the project is finished. Here's your Wednesday Wild Card ...
