Benewah County might not have much money in the county coffers for road repairs, but that doesn't mean they aren't addressing the problem. It just takes a little creativity -- and a whole lot of duct tape -- as evidenced by the photo the Benewah County Sheriff's Department has posted to its Facebook page. Quote the SD: "Thanks to all that reported the damage to the highway today. We were able to get one of our deputies to take care of it so the highway department wasn't needed."
