Wild Card/Tuesday -- 8.16.16 

I read an article yesterday that warned that sedentary jobs like mine -- 8 to 9 hours five days a week feeding the blog beast -- caused heart attack and diabetes. That's the bad news. The good news. Walking or other physical exercise is the antidote. And you wonder why I take the lunch hour off to walk along the water front.

Double murder suspect caught in Blackfoot 

The man suspected of killing a brother and sister Monday morning in Spokane Valley has been arrested in southeastern Idaho. Gilberto Delgado, 44, was arrested just after noon Tuesday in Blackfoot, about 25 miles from Pocatello, said Teresa Baker, a spokeswoman for the Idaho State Police.
