Fulcher resigned from his trustee position Wednesday, before announcing his run for Idaho governor in 2018, according to an IFF news release. IFF Chairman Brent Regan thanked Fulcher for his service.

By mutual agreement, long-time City Engineer Gordon Dobler has resigned his position with the city of Coeur d'Alene. Dobler, whose ending salary was $97,970 per year, left his job, effective Monday, Aug. 8. He began working for the city on Aug. 23, 1993, and continues to serve as a consultant on such projects as a proposed H95 upgrade.
