Poll: Not enthused by Redoubters

  • Monday Poll: Hucks Nation isn't too crazy about the American Redoubt movement refugees who are making a home in the Inland Northwest. 72 of 294 respondents (24.49%) view the movement as "Aryan Nations lite." Another 61 (20.75%) consider them to be "ex-Californians looking for a safe haven." Also: 47 (15.99%) see the movement as "posse comitatus lite." 45 (15.31%) as "freedom-loving survivalists." 34 (11.56%) as "zombie apocalypse preppers." 24 (8.16%) said they never heard of the movement. And 11 (3.74%) marked "other."
  • Today's Poll: Do you agree/disagree with the move by the Spokane City Council to change the name of Columbus Day to Indigenous Peoples' Day?
