Jennifer’s vote counts much more than yours

Jennifer Locke, a Kootenai County GOP precinct committee woman, has experienced one of the perks of being an early supporter of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. While Idaho Republicans jumped aboard the Ted Trump bandwagon, Jennifer moved to the Trump camp. She attended the GOP national convention as a Trump supporter. Now, if Trump beats Democrat Hillary Clinton in Idaho (which is about as sure of a thing as the sun rising in the East), Jennifer will be one of four Idaho's to cast electoral votes in favor of the Republican standard bearer. The other three are state Sen. Melinda Smyser of Canyon County; Lane Bangerter, a long-time staffer for U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo, who is Trump's state campaign director; and Caleb Lakey. In case hell freezes over, the Democrats have named former U.S. Rep. Larry LaRocco, of McCall; Jeanne Buell, a Kootenai County resident and former state party vice chairwoman; Wendy Jaquet, a Ketchum resident and longtime state House member; and Diane Bilyeu, a former state senator from Pocatello. All this, according to the Twin Falls Times-News. More here.
