Brent Regan, chairman of the Kootenai County GOP Central Committee and the Idaho Freedom Foundation board, will be the guest speaker at the Panhandle Pachyderm Club lunch meeting at Templins  Red Lion in Post Falls Friday. Regan, according to a Panhandle Pachyderm Club meeting notice, "will provide some insight into the operating system of the human mind, how it can be manipulated and how to make sense of what appears to be nonsense. You will learn how to be more persuasive and how to resist being manipulated." Regan's speech will conclude with a question and answer period.
