UI alumna promotes positive body image

The University of Idaho will welcome alumna and body-positive activist Amy Pence-Brown to campus on Wednesday, February 17 as part of the university's inaugural Body Positive Week. Pence-Brown became an Internet sensation last summer with her video of a demonstration to promote positive body image. In the video Pence-Brown, a mother of three, stood in the Boise Public Market in a bikini, encouraging passerby to draw hearts on her body and recognize that "all bodies are good bodies"/KXLY.
