Dying woman found near CdA resort

From Coeur d'Alene Police Department:

(At 6:10 a.m. today) Coeur d’Alene Police Officers responded to the Coeur d’Alene Resort for the report of an unconscious female. On scene officers located the female on the east side of the resort. A Coeur d’Alene Resort employee was with the female and was starting life saving measures. When medical personnel arrived, the female was transported to Kootenai Health where she was later pronounced dead. Officers also located the female’s vehicle, which was partially submerged, on the 3rd Street Boat Launch. The 72 year-old female is from Great Falls Montana. Her identity is not being released at this time due to pending notification of next of kin. Coeur d’Alene Police Detectives are investigating this incident/Detective Jared Reneau, Coeur d'Alene Police Department.
